RETURNS POLICY
Valentina Cosmetics INC will gladly accept returns of product/s purchased from www.valentinacosmeticsinc.com that are eligible for return.
Return by mail
As part of our ongoing effort to provide the best possible experiences for you and future customers, listening, learning, and improving are at the top of our priority list. We value the trust you place in our brand and want to make your feedback count. We would greatly appreciate it if you could include the reason for the return and the original order number in your email.
To qualify for a return, you must email info@valentinacosmeticsinc.com within 14 days of receiving the order to obtain a RMA # before shipping product/s back. All item(s) must be in their original and respective packaging. Emptied or refilled item(s) will not qualify for any refund.
RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED BY MAIL. WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT WALK-IN RETURNS.

Valentina Cosmetics INC is not responsible for any shipping fees, including return shipping fees. Valentina Cosmetics INC is not responsible for lost or untrackable return shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.
Once the return is received and quality checked, you will receive a refund for the item(s) minus any shipping fees.
Final Sale items
Final sale items such as Limited Edition collection, Holiday, Sets, Bundles, Promotional Sales, Site Wide Sales, etc cannot be returned for refund, exchange or credit. Promotions, including coupons and promo codes cannot be applied to final sale purchases.
Received defective, damaged or incorrect item(s)
We try our best, but mistakes can happen! Any item that is believed to be defective, damaged or incorrect may only be replaced for the same item. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery so that we may assist you further. Hold on to any/all items until further instructed for a solution. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If eligible, you may return your order for a refund and place a new order online at your convenience.
